The Elk Ranch can be widened in the factory with a bolt-on module. It ships and sets as part of the home, finished, rather than getting framed onto the side of it later. Each one changes the bedroom count and the total square footage:
Pure added living space.
One large open room with no bedrooms or bathrooms in it. Use it as a dining room, a second living room, a rec room, or a studio and office.
One more ensuite bedroom.
Adds a bedroom with its own full bathroom and a walk-in closet, connected to the main home through an interior door. The usual choice when the ADU needs to house one more person properly rather than just add square footage.
Two more bedrooms and a full bath.
The biggest jump in capacity: two bedrooms, each with its own closet, sharing a full bathroom off a short hall. This is the module that turns a one-bedroom base into a family-size home.
Bolt-on pricing is confirmed in your free feasibility review. Adding a module changes the foundation and the set, so it is priced with the rest of the project rather than as a flat add-on.
